What you'll do

• Dispense and verify prescriptions
• perform clinical and product verification
• review orders for accuracy and therapeutic appropriateness
• conduct medication assessments and monitor adherence
• counsel patients and caregivers
• communicate with nurses and providers
• use pharmacy and EHR systems
• oversee automated compliance packaging
• maintain controlled-substance documentation and regulatory compliance
• participate in quality assurance and process improvement.
