What you'll do
- Learn, understand, and operate all brewhouse piping and equipment.
- Execute efficient brewing operations from raw material intake to finished wort.
- Own yeast propagation from start to finish.
- Perform routine quality checks, basic maintenance, and CIP on brewhouse equipment and piping.
- Keep accurate brewing logs and sanitation records.
