What you'll do

• Own quality and production for the prescribed FUSION Line shift
• help troubleshoot equipment and perform tool-and-die changes as needed
• send end-of-shift reports
• understand line positions and fill in as needed
• use a forklift to manage inbound and outbound material
• train new employees
• help interview and place staff
• assist with new-equipment training and safety development
• work extended hours during startup.
