Kitchen Cleaner — Overnight

What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize food-preparation surfaces, equipment, floors, walls, and workstations
• remove grease
• wash dishes and cookware
• dispose of waste and maintain waste areas
• follow health, safety, and sanitation standards
• use approved chemicals and cleaning equipment
• restock supplies
• wear required PPE
• report hazards, completed tasks, and equipment issues.
