What you'll do

• May assist with bathing, hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, repositioning, range-of-motion exercises as directed, and feeding
• support meal planning and preparation
• provide companionship and emotional support
• accompany clients on walks and outings
• provide authorized transportation
• assist with laundry, dishes, light housekeeping, shopping, and errands
• provide medication reminders only
• observe and report changes
• document services and follow agency, HIPAA, infection-prevention, and safety policies.
