What you'll do

• Deliver therapeutic massage tailored to guest preferences, needs, and goals
• follow treatment protocols and contribute ideas for services and product recommendations
• conduct consultations and review intake forms
• identify contraindications and adjust treatments
• maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
• recommend relevant retail products and services
• report maintenance or equipment concerns
• participate in team meetings and training.
