What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and document and prioritize requirements
• analyze requirements for clarity, feasibility, and alignment
• facilitate communication between business users and technical teams
• provide input on system design and validate solutions
• clarify requirements during development and assist with business-perspective reviews of code or prototypes
• develop test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing
• support end-user training, documentation, change management, and deployment
• gather post-deployment feedback and identify enhancements
• monitor system performance and user satisfaction.
