By working across development, construction, capital markets, design, and property management, the role helps keep projects aligned with budgets, schedules, and investment goals.

What you'll do

• Identify land opportunities and support acquisition negotiations
• build development pro formas, underwriting models, budgets, and investment recommendations
• coordinate due diligence, entitlements, design, permitting, and pre-development schedules
• support financing, loan closings, draw processes, and lender reporting
• monitor construction schedules, budgets, risks, and project records
• coordinate handoff to property management and stabilization teams.
