What you'll do

• Prepare the deck and lead pre- and post-shift meetings
• keep lessons on time and on brand
• coach Swim Instructors, Deck Assistants, and Lifeguards
• communicate with parents and guardians about student progress
• complete supervisor logs and monitor attendance
• evaluate instructors
• coordinate facility cleanliness
• help arrange coverage
• substitute as a Swim Instructor or Lifeguard when needed
• support corrective training.
