What you'll do

• Supervise, mentor, hire, onboard, train, and manage onsite team members
• maintain owner relationships and report on property performance
• contribute to budgets and financial reporting
• set rent rates and oversee collections and deposits
• review vendor invoices
• develop marketing and leasing strategies
• address resident concerns and retention
• oversee maintenance standards and property inspections
• enforce lease policies and applicable requirements
• complete reports and administrative duties.

Why this role

Scheduled for 40 hours in a regular work week, typically Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Additional weekend or after-hours work may be required. College degree is optional. Onsite work and business travel are required.
