What you'll do

• Support HR policy, procedure, reporting and compliance activities across five states
• manage recruitment and candidate communications
• coordinate orientation and onboarding
• maintain employee records and BambooHR processes
• respond to routine HR questions
• support managers with performance, corrective action and other employee processes
• assist with benefits, leave and workers’ compensation administration
• prepare reports and support audits
• provide Spanish-language assistance when applicable.
