What you'll do

• Organize and clean dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils in the dishwasher
• remove and replace dishwasher water hourly
• remove restaurant trash and dispose of it in the dumpster
• roll and unroll mats in preparation for floor cleaning
• maintain a clean, safe dishwashing station.
