Business Development Specialist

The specialist builds referral partnerships to support occupancy at the Adult Residential Treatment Center and Mental-Health Residential Treatment Center. Through partner education, referral coordination, and documentation checks, the role helps connect qualified, fund-ready referrals with the organization’s Navigators.

What you'll do

• Develop and strengthen relationships with healthcare, behavioral-health, corrections, court, and employer partners
• identify partnership opportunities
• present information on evidence-based residential treatment and integrated care
• tailor presentations to different audiences
• respond to partner inquiries within 15 business hours
• collect and verify benefits, medical clearance, court-order, and PICC documentation
• ensure referrals meet admission and funding requirements.
