Area Sales Manager, Fire Protection Services

The Area Sales Manager role is onsite in Alsip, IL, and compensation is $150,000–$250,000 per year, including base salary and performance-driven bonus. The manager builds and develops the service sales team, sets sales goals and performance measures, and coordinates sales and operations to support growth, accountability, and company metrics.

What you'll do

• Lead, recruit, train, supervise, develop, and mentor the Service Sales Team
• develop the annual sales budget, forecasts, goals, quotas, and KPIs
• establish an annual review process
• build relationships with key service customers
• review sales reports and communicate trends to senior leadership
• lead sales and operations collaboration and cost reviews
• improve sales processes
• participate in industry events and national product shows
• drive accountability for order intake and gross margin.
