What you'll do

• Oversee patients receiving biologic therapies
• track specialty pharmacy patients from treatment start through therapy
• support IVIG/SCIG patients and infusion planning
• manage prior authorization renewals, benefits investigations, denials, and appeals
• coordinate transitions between specialty pharmacy and in-office administration
• monitor claims with revenue cycle
• prepare monthly patient reports
• align drug inventory and ordering with scheduled patients
• train team members, conduct chart audits, and present metrics.
