What you'll do

• Serve as the primary HR partner for a growing manufacturing operation
• advise leaders on employee relations, performance, organizational changes, and staffing
• coach managers through sensitive employee matters
• develop workforce plans
• support organizational design and restructuring
• provide HR support across the employee lifecycle
• guide compensation and employee decisions
• deliver HR training
• identify workforce trends and engagement opportunities.
