The Child Care Lead Teacher role is onsite in Stevens Point, WI, with pay of $18–$21 per hour. The Stevens Point Area YMCA provides child care and family programs in a nurturing environment. The Lead Teacher plans and delivers developmentally appropriate classroom learning, supports children’s social and emotional growth, maintains a safe and organized classroom, and communicates with families and colleagues.
