What you'll do

• Own branch P&L performance, expenses, productivity, and financial results
• develop plans to meet financial and operational goals
• monitor KPIs and improve margins and costs
• oversee warehouse and yard activities, inventory, order fulfillment, transportation, and logistics
• promote safety and customer-focused operations
• recruit, coach, and develop employees
• partner with sales on growth and customer service
• manage inventory, labor, equipment, and other resources.
