The representative supports customer accounts and sales growth by handling customer communications, processing and tracking orders, resolving requests, and coordinating with sales and credit teams to help ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Initiate outbound customer communications to support sales programs and goals
• receive telephone and email inquiries
• inform customers about products, programs, and services and recommend additional or substitute products
• address complaints and requests
• maintain customer records, sales reports, and logs
• coordinate with the credit department to clear and release orders
• enter verbal or faxed orders
• review open orders and communicate back orders
• work with Territory Sales Managers to maintain and grow business
• share competitive information and product forecasts when applicable
• complete new product request forms
• answer product and warranty questions
• work within established pricing guidelines.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Previous customer service, inside sales, or related experience is preferred.
