The Physician – Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine role is onsite in Syracuse, NY, approximately 2–3 days per week (0.4–0.6 FTE); compensation is not specified. The physician provides clinical coverage in collaboration with Crouse Hospital, as part of Healogics’ wound care team.

What you'll do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute, chronic, and complex wounds
• develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• provide medical oversight for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
• perform appropriate wound care procedures
• assess progress and adjust care
• collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
• provide clinical leadership and patient and family education
• maintain timely medical documentation
• and participate in training, continuing medical education, quality improvement, and clinical programs.
