What you'll do

• Support HR operations and employee relations
• maintain confidential personnel files and document employee actions
• monitor required licenses and credentials
• assist with compensation and status changes
• coordinate recruitment, screening, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and orientation
• prepare and process semi-monthly payroll
• review timekeeping, enter approved edits, reconcile payroll, and validate reports
• maintain payroll records
• support benefits communication, unemployment claims, and workers’ compensation processes
• and assist the Human Resources Manager.

Why this role
