• Support sales managers and the Director of Sales and Marketing with contracts, documentation, correspondence, marketing support, and sales coordination
• draft and distribute communications
• maintain records and updates
• coordinate reservations, special requests, and amenities
• qualify leads and assist with group details and site visits when required
• prepare reports
• liaise with operations and restaurant teams.
