What you'll do

• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff
• complete and oversee work orders and repairs
• troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
• oversee apartment turnovers and move-out inspections
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• maintain inventory and tools
• and participate in the rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
