What you'll do

• Respond to behavioral health crises in community settings
• provide crisis intervention, stabilization, and support
• complete timely clinical documentation
• assist with safety planning and follow-up coordination
• assess immediate needs and identify resources and levels of care
• collaborate with clinicians, law enforcement, hospitals, emergency departments, and community providers
• protect client confidentiality
• follow applicable agency and Virginia requirements
• and participate in supervision, training, and required meetings.
