What you'll do

• Take ownership of projects after Development turnover at approximately 30% design
• review design packages, scope, pricing assumptions, requirements, schedules, and site information
• establish preconstruction plans and schedules
• coordinate due diligence and external engineering
• lead meetings and track action items
• manage design reviews, permitting, costs, changes, and project documentation
• engage Operations in constructability reviews
• lead turnover to Operations and communicate open risks and requirements.

Why this role
