Materials Planner

What you'll do

• Develop material requirement plans using production schedules, forecasts, demand, inventory, and supplier lead times
• review inventory, consumption, purchase orders, and production needs
• determine order quantities and delivery dates
• coordinate deliveries with suppliers
• communicate shortages, delays, excess, or obsolete inventory
• align materials with production and warehouse teams
• adjust plans as conditions change
• support root-cause analysis and corrective actions
• use ERP systems for planning, inventory, orders, and reporting
• maintain planning data and master governance
• analyze supply and demand
• coordinate new-product and packaging timelines
• support purchasing and supply-chain improvement initiatives.
