What you'll do

• Follow food handling, storage, temperature, handwashing, glove, and infection-control procedures
• prepare food using standardized recipes and special-diet requirements
• serve meals with correct portions and presentation
• clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas
• set up and clean serving lines and dining rooms
• store leftovers
• assist department staff with production, service, and cleanup.
