What you'll do

• Contact franchise business owners and schedule and conduct customer walkthroughs
• conduct surveys at national account properties and gather measurements as needed
• provide customer service support and coordinate responses with franchise owners
• document records and forms
• assist with account and equipment purchase paperwork
• answer billing questions
• recommend supplies and present the supply program as needed.
