What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans
• maintain the dish area, sinks, machines, floors, and work surfaces
• operate dish machines and report issues
• remove trash and recycling
• restock clean dishes and small wares
• assist with basic prep or cleaning when needed
• follow sanitation and safety procedures and maintain dish flow during peak periods.
