The Lead Guest Experience Coordinator role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Starting pay is $20 per hour. Hiatus is a Texas-based day spa and med spa with more than 12 locations and 12,000 members statewide. The lead coordinates the guest experience while coaching the Guest Experience Coordinator team and managing schedules, membership goals, and daily operations. The role helps ensure guests receive a welcoming, consistent experience from arrival through checkout and supports the spa’s service and membership objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead delivery of the Hiatus guest experience
• train and coach Guest Experience Coordinators
• enroll members and coach the team toward membership conversion goals
• maintain the spa environment and brand standards
• greet, check in, and tour guests
• manage appointment schedules
• support rebooking and home-care needs
• handle guest concerns and escalations
• perform opening and closing duties and balance payments
• coordinate spa groups and onsite events
• resolve complaints with leadership.
