The role combines staff supervision and development with service coordination, compliance, and support for individuals’ goals and well-being.

What you'll do

• Supervise Lead Direct Support Professionals and Direct Support Professionals
• manage schedules and coverage, coach staff, and conduct training. Oversee daily operations of 2–3 residential homes, respond to emergencies and staffing needs, and participate in on-call responsibilities and emergency coverage. Support individuals with daily living needs, independence, community participation, and Individual Support Plans. Coordinate medical appointments and monitor medication practices and records. Review documentation, maintain records, ensure regulatory and agency compliance, and collaborate with families, community resources, and service providers.
