What you'll do

• Perform routine preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public spaces
• respond to work orders and guest requests
• change air filters
• assist with basic plumbing repairs and soldering
• complete electrical and mechanical repairs
• patch or repair drywall and wallpaper
• paint
• perform basic carpentry
• keep workspaces clean and organized.
