What you'll do

• Own cell availability, performance, and quality output
• track downtime and utilization
• diagnose faults and restore production
• maintain spare-parts lists
• develop and execute preventive maintenance
• manage cell software, programs, and file workflows
• coordinate with engineering and detailers
• train and qualify operators
• serve as technical contact with OEMs
• enforce cell safety and partner with Quality on output requirements.
