The professional performs and manages lawn-care applications, monitors properties for issues, and advises customers on horticultural care. The role also supports customer retention and business growth through service, communication, and outreach for additional services.

What you'll do

• Prepare trucks, equipment, and inventory
• manage employees and provide customer service
• travel to client properties and perform or manage application tasks
• monitor lawns and landscapes
• provide horticultural consultations
• apply seeding, weed control, fertilization, and pest-control practices using integrated pest management
• seek new customers and appropriate service enhancements
• resolve customer concerns
• troubleshoot and calibrate application equipment
• use PPE and manage production efficiently.
