Mechanical Project Manager, Commercial Construction

The Mechanical Project Manager role is onsite in Mesa, AZ. Compensation is $100,000–$130,000 per year. The role supports commercial mechanical construction projects involving HVAC, plumbing, process piping, and sheet metal. The project manager leads work from award through closeout, coordinating procurement, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and project documentation. The role contributes to on-time, on-budget, profitable delivery while coordinating with contractors, engineers, owners, and field teams and promoting jobsite safety.

What you'll do

• Manage commercial mechanical projects from award through closeout
• lead buyout, procurement, and vendor/subcontractor management
• maintain schedule of values, pay applications, and budgets
• process submittals, RFIs, and change orders and track cost and margin
• coordinate with general contractors, engineers, owners, and field superintendents
• review drawings and MEP coordination
• run project meetings and report schedule, cost, and risk
• promote a safety-first jobsite culture.
