What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees
• follow security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate
• monitor access points and verify credentials and authorizations
• maintain visitor and driver entry records
• help control access to restricted areas
• respond calmly to incidents and access concerns
• conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter
• document incidents and observations accurately.
