The Finishes Manager, Countertop and Specialty role is onsite in Baton Rouge, LA. Compensation is $60,000–$70,000 per year plus a 6% commission opportunity. The role supports Cornerstone Flooring Companies, an established commercial contractor, in developing commercial countertop and window-treatment divisions. The manager combines business development, estimating, and project delivery to build these divisions. By coordinating customers, suppliers, fabrication, subcontractors, and installation, the role helps deliver projects while monitoring budgets, schedules, quality, and profitability.

What you'll do

• Develop commercial countertop and window-treatment divisions
• build relationships with general contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, fabricators, and installers
• interpret construction plans, CAD and shop drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• complete quantity takeoffs and estimates and submit proposals
• coordinate shop drawings, submittals, fabrication details, and field measurements
• manage projects from contract award through fabrication, installation, and completion
• coordinate materials, subcontractors, schedules, and installation
• monitor budgets, timelines, quality, and profitability
• identify business opportunities and establish efficient processes.

Why this role

Requires 5+ years of commercial construction experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry, countertops, stone fabrication, specialty finishes, or a related trade. Regular travel throughout Louisiana is required; direct countertop or window-treatment experience is a plus, not required.
