The Member Services Representative I (Teller) role is onsite in Owatonna, MN, with pay of $17–$18.50 per hour. The schedule is typically Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. in eight-hour shifts, with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. The role supports HomeTown Credit Union's member-focused financial services and community financial wellness mission. As a primary point of contact, the representative processes member transactions, responds to inquiries, and connects members with credit union services. Professional, accurate service helps strengthen member relationships and supports a positive experience at the branch.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for members
• process financial transactions and address member needs
• communicate with members and other credit union staff
• provide courteous service that reflects the credit union's core values
• use Microsoft Office applications and 10-key data entry for daily tasks.
