What you'll do

• Plan itineraries, activities, and reservations for arriving members
• respond to member and company communications within 24 hours
• facilitate requested grocery orders and delivery
• inspect residences before arrivals
• orient members to residences and services
• provide courteous assistance related to property use and local attractions
• coordinate requested special events
• conduct tours for prospective members
• maintain housekeeping standards.
