Senior Staff Accountant

The Senior Staff Accountant role is onsite in Pittsburgh, PA. Compensation is $30 per hour. The accountant supports accurate financial operations through billing, reconciliations, month-end close, variance analysis, and payroll processing. What you'll do

• Prepare billings and analyze accounts receivable aging
• complete reconciliations and enter cash receipts
• reconcile bank and book cash
• prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules
• allocate costs
• finalize program billing
• analyze income statement variances
• reconcile donation and grant coding with the development department
• coordinate timecard approvals, process biweekly payroll, resolve payroll issues, administer wage garnishments, and maintain payroll files.
