What you'll do

• Answer shop phones, make reservations, answer service questions, quote wait times, and relay messages
• communicate with clients, coworkers, and leadership
• identify opportunities to upsell retail and services
• greet clients and gather appointment information
• manage wait-time expectations and communicate changes
• explain shop flow and recommend services or products
• process POS transactions and follow cash-handling procedures
• organize the front desk, clean the shop, maintain supplies, and stock retail shelves.
