Job overview

The Estimator role is onsite in DeSoto, TX; compensation is not specified. Allied Interior Solutions supplies turnkey countertops for multifamily units and works on cabinet and countertop projects. The estimator reviews project documents, calculates quantities, and prepares cost estimates and proposals. Accurate pricing and timely submissions support project bidding and coordination with the Sales team.

What you'll do

• Review architectural plans, bid documents, and specifications
• perform takeoffs for cabinets, countertops, accessories, hardware, and specialty items
• prepare cost estimates and proposals
• identify missing information and coordinate clarification with Sales
• maintain estimating logs, pricing databases, and Smartsheet tracking tools
• adjust pricing based on plans, RFIs, and ASIs.
