What you'll do

• Lead and coach physicians and advanced practice providers
• oversee peer review
• coordinate continuity of care for hospitalized patients and medical respite transitions
• contribute to annual planning, budgets, and service goals
• liaise with UNM School of Medicine, hospitals, and safety-net providers
• coordinate student and resident orientation and precepting
• participate in management and quality committees
• provide and model comprehensive care in clinics and street-medicine outreach.

Why this role

Full-time exempt physician leadership role with a 60/40 clinical-to-administrative time split. Requires an MD or DO licensed or eligible in New Mexico, DEA and CSR licenses, and at least three years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
