Job overview

The GSRP Associate Teacher role is onsite in Pontiac, MI, with an eight-hour Monday-to-Friday schedule. Compensation is $16–$20 per hour. The role supports classroom instruction and management under the direction of the lead teacher.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily curriculum and lesson delivery
• support small-group and individual activities, behavior management, and outdoor activities
• prepare classroom materials and maintain classroom cleanliness
• escort and supervise children
• assist with attendance, meal counts, and observation records
• support family visits and class field trips
• follow developmentally appropriate discipline practices.
