The Product Lead, Marketplace Pricing role is based onsite in South San Francisco, CA. Starting cash compensation is $180,000–$225,000. The role supports Zipline’s marketplace and its mission to deliver food, medicine, and essential goods through autonomous logistics. The product lead works across engineering, operations, commercial, sales, and leadership teams to improve economic outcomes across the operational ecosystem. By identifying user friction and operational inefficiencies, the role helps shape priorities, roadmaps, experiments, and product improvements for delivery execution at scale.

What you'll do

• Partner with engineering, operations, commercial, sales, and leadership
• observe users in the field and identify workflow friction
• clarify priorities, customer pain points, operational constraints, and business impact
• help shape marketplace roadmaps
• align teams on problems and outcomes
• use operational data and qualitative insights to identify improvements
• contribute to experimentation, rollout planning, adoption strategy, and measurement.
