What you'll do

• Plan and lead experiential education activities
• teach and coach youth through recreation, leadership, team-building, challenge-course, and outdoor learning
• maintain activity plans, materials, equipment, and safety standards
• evaluate progress through demonstrations and certification-based instruction
• mentor and supervise youth
• respond to behavioral incidents and emergencies using approved techniques
• participate in outings, service projects, and events
• maintain required certifications
• transport young people to activities
• assist with special projects as needed.
