• Lead and direct the Landscape Architecture and Planning team
• manage client relationships and business development
• oversee master plans, site plans, rezoning and entitlement processes, design development, contract documents, cost estimates, and agency correspondence
• supervise and mentor staff
• prepare proposals and contracts
• represent the firm and clients in public settings
• manage budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting.
