What you'll do

• Assist with personal care, mobility and transfers, care-related household tasks, meal preparation and errands, and companionship. Observe and report changes in condition or safety concerns
• follow the client’s service plan, complete documentation, follow infection-control and safety guidelines, protect confidentiality, respond appropriately to emergencies, and attend required training.
