HVAC General Manager

What you'll do

• Complete residential HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and installations
• build and implement standard operating procedures
• and train and mentor junior technicians as the company grows. The posting requires a Class A or Class B license, a valid driver’s license, comfort with CRM software and modern technology, and the ability to pass a background check. On-call availability is required when necessary during the start-up phase.
