The position supports Honor Community Health’s senior-focused services; the organization provides integrated primary, behavioral health, and dental care to underserved Oakland County residents. The director leads the planning, implementation, management, and evaluation of services and programs for older adults, caregivers, and families. The role builds accessible, person-centered service models and partnerships while overseeing program quality, compliance, fiscal stewardship, workforce leadership, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead planning, development, implementation, management, and evaluation of senior-focused services and programs
• use human-centered design to understand needs and barriers
• establish workflows and operational infrastructure
• build partnerships with healthcare providers, social-service agencies, municipalities, funders, housing partners, and community organizations
• oversee program quality, compliance, fiscal stewardship, workforce leadership, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
